We operate with the unwavering belief that sexual violence in all its forms is a crime and a violation of human rights. This Values and Ethics Policy outlines the fundamental principles that guide our work, ensuring we act with integrity, respect, and a commitment to the safety and well-being of those we serve.

  • Management and Leadership: Are responsible for ensuring that these values and ethical principles are embedded in all aspects of the organization’s operations and for providing guidance and support to staff and volunteers in adhering to them.

This Values and Ethics Policy will be reviewed periodically and updated as necessary to reflect changes in best practices, legal requirements, and the evolving needs of the community we serve.
